The apartment will be reserved once the rental agreement has been signed and the security deposit and agency fees have been paid.
Payment of the deposit, agency fees, and rental balance can be made by bank transfer or via Wise for payments from abroad.
Check-in must take place at our office between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM on the first day of the rental period. Any changes must be communicated in advance. Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM on the last day of the rental period.
It must be paid at check-in and is mandatory for guests aged 12 and over. In Cortina: €2.50 per day, for a maximum of 5 days. In San Vito di Cadore: €1.50 per day, for a maximum of 10 days.
The apartments are furnished and equipped: the description of each apartment provides details regarding the available appliances.
Water, electricity, gas and heating costs may, depending on the season and the apartment, be included in the rental fee as a flat rate, or calculated based on actual consumption and settled upon departure.
A linen rental service is available at an extra cost for short stays or for weekly changes, subject to availability.
A cash security deposit will be required upon arrival, with the amount varying depending on the apartment. It will be refunded within 30 days from the departure date, provided that no damage has been caused to the property.
Unfortunately, not all apartments allow pets. You can check availability by contacting us and specifying this in your request.
