Cortina Home was founded in 2013 from an idea and a shared desire: to offer a different real estate experience.

We are Vanessa and Alfonso, husband and wife. Ours is a family-run business built on trust, close relationships, and genuine listening to people’s needs. Cortina has always been our home, and every day we work to help others find their own space here—their refuge, their time.

Over the years, we’ve supported both Italian and international clients, offering carefully selected housing solutions, investment opportunities, and tailored, attentive property management.

Since 2022, Caterina has joined our team. With her smile and kindness, she welcomes every client with professionalism and expertise.
